About Us
Midas Therapy Group is dedicated to producing stable, well-prepared Golden Retrievers for service and facility dog programs by focusing on the foundation that determines long-term success: ethical breeding, early development, and responsible placement. Our work is guided by our theme—“We Have the Golden Touch”—and built on proven experience, not theory.
Our founder brings 20+ years of service dog training experience and 10 years of ethical breeding experience, along with a decade of ownership and operation of a grooming, boarding, and daycare facility. She is certified in dog training and pet nutrition through Animal Behavior College, served as an AKC Evaluator, competed in AKC conformation and obedience, and has held leadership roles in disability assistance dog programs—including founding Pups Assisting With the Disabled and serving as President of Disability Assistance Dogs in the Quad Cities.
To date, we have placed more than 20 trained facility dogs across multiple states, including retirement and senior living communities. This informs our standards for temperament, enrichment, sanitation, and welfare. We are now building the infrastructure needed to expand responsibly: a purpose-built facility designed for safe whelping, development, enrichment, and long-term sustainability—so more dogs can be prepared for professional training and meaningful roles.
